What you will do

• Develop and update training policies and procedures for revenue cycle and accounts receivable functions.
• Partner with portfolio leaders and executive directors to identify training needs and deliver effective education to billing staff.
• Create engaging best-practice materials for service center and field operations.
• Monitor reporting metrics to identify agencies requiring additional support and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of payor contracts to ensure accurate billing and collection practices.
• Utilize ticketing software to track trends in support and education needs.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in healthcare billing and collections management.
• Proven experience in home health and/or hospice operations.
• Demonstrated experience in LMS development and configuration.
• Proficiency with Home Care Home Base, Waystar, Availity, and Medicare Administration Contractors (MACs) portals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage detailed information accurately.
