What you will do

• Collaborate with Medical Education Director, Programs Managers, and product teams to align program execution with strategy and clinical messaging.
• Lead program planning to execution, including agenda creation, registration, logistics, and on-site support for CE programs, workshops, and events.
• Maintain templates, slide decks, and structures for consistent program delivery and onsite support.
• Ensure FDA and company compliance for all programs and handle HCC requests and expense submissions.
• Analyze program metrics, feedback, and outcomes; provide updates to sales teams and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with faculty, sales, vendors; mentor coordinators and maintain clinical/disease state knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant medical education and clinical experience (or equivalent)
• Experience managing multiple complex programs/events in fast-paced, regulated environment
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills for prioritizing projects
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proactive communication and timely execution
