What you will do

• Facilitate and deliver engaging training programs for customers both remotely and in person.
• Mentor new Training Specialists and assist in leadership responsibilities for certification programs.
• Analyze training KPIs and metrics to identify needs and build performance reports.
• Collaborate with Instructional Design to create and maintain relevant training materials and guides.
• Manage monthly Boot Camp schedules and coordinate certification workshop logistics.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the PowerDMS platform to support customer success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• BS degree in Education, Adult Education, English, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and facilitating training events in a corporate setting.
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles and the full training cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with modern training tools and techniques.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
