Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Annual cash compensation: $105,000–$155,000 CAD, including base salary and target discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver core digital platform initiatives and related business, technology, and service initiatives.
• Define delivery approaches, project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders and leadership.
• Perform day-to-day Scrum Master responsibilities for distributed Agile delivery teams and champion Agile values.
• Manage project resources, work progress, financials, risks, business readiness, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Present project updates and work with senior management, C-level executives, clients, vendors, and global delivery teams.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in the financial industry, preferably in capital markets.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a matrix environment and coordinating with global delivery teams.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean frameworks.
• Knowledge of project planning, management, lifecycle methodologies, and Agile events such as sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Technical fluency across applications, cloud, integrations, data, and infrastructure, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing digital solutions, technology refresh, and infrastructure projects.
• Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification, PMP certification, or equivalent.
