Business Project Manager - Digital Transformation (Fintech)

Location: Flexible work options are available, including remote, hybrid, and in-office arrangements. The role is based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus: CAD 117,000–129,000.

What you will do

• Plan and lead business change management and digital transformation projects from initiation through completion.
• Identify resources, define milestones, manage daily project activities, and coordinate business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead discovery activities and customer journey mapping for business digitalization initiatives.
• Document business needs and requirements, support effective change management, and contribute to client experience and operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder, vendor, and client relationships and prepare communications and presentations for working teams and senior management.
• Track initiative progress, costs, benefits, and key performance indicators across the digitalization portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum three-year college degree or post-secondary education in IT, business, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or business management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
