Remote Project Manager, Professional Services (AI)

Location: Remote within Canada or the United States. Travel is required up to approximately 50% throughout North America, including Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Candidates must hold a valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. Preference is given to candidates who can work in EST and adapt across the Americas.

Salary: 80K–100K annually.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise software implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through go-live and post-production stabilization.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, change orders, and customer expectations.
• Act as the primary customer-facing contact and trusted advisor.
• Coordinate consulting, technical, data conversion, reporting, training, testing, and support teams.
• Facilitate project status meetings, executive steering committees, and governance reviews.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, profitability, PMO compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong scope, schedule, budget, resource, stakeholder, executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English and French are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and project management tools.
• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to improve project delivery, reporting, documentation, communication, forecasting, or operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Utility industry experience.
• Experience with CIS, ERP, SaaS, asset management, or enterprise software implementations.
• Change management, organizational transformation, automation, or AI-enabled workflow experience.
