Salary: $205,000 - $220,000 (NYC-based range)

What you will do
- Develop architecture strategies and technical roadmaps in partnership with engineering, product, and business leadership.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through discovery, design, technical spikes, and reference implementations.
- Define and drive adoption of architecture principles, standards, and automated guardrails across teams.
- Evaluate industry developments and translate them into actionable recommendations and risk-mitigation strategies.
- Lead architecture reviews and facilitate resolution of cross-team disagreements or material architectural risks.
- Coach internal and external stakeholders on the application of patterns, platforms, and technologies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Deep knowledge across relevant architecture domains including DevSecOps, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to influence technical strategy and increase organizational competence without formal authority.
- Experience balancing non-functional quality goals like scalability, security, and cost against business constraints.
- Strong communication skills for translating complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
