What you will do

• Develop architecture strategies and technical roadmaps in partnership with engineering, product, and business leadership.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through discovery, design, technical spikes, and reference implementations.
• Define and drive adoption of architecture principles, standards, and automated guardrails across teams.
• Evaluate industry developments and translate them into actionable recommendations and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and facilitate resolution of cross-team disagreements or material architectural risks.
• Coach internal and external stakeholders on the application of patterns, platforms, and technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Deep knowledge across relevant architecture domains including DevSecOps, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy and increase organizational competence without formal authority.
• Experience balancing non-functional quality goals like scalability, security, and cost against business constraints.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
