What you will do

• Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions tailored to client business needs.
• Create and maintain Standard Architecture Integration Documents (SAID) for client implementations.
• Provide technical expertise in PCI compliance, payment tokenization, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and product teams to define project scope and requirements.
• Train and upskill the delivery team on technical complexities and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during and after go-live deployments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience with API-based SaaS/PaaS products.
• Strong understanding of API-based software architecture and SaaS delivery models.
• Proficiency in using API management tools such as Postman.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing advisory roles.
• Ability to manage interdepartmental dynamics and balance competing project requests.
