What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close net-new accounts to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Deepen client relationships post-sale to grow spend and expand partnership scope.
- Pitch a diverse portfolio including digital, video, branded content, OTT/CTV, and events.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately using Salesforce.
- Represent the brand at industry events to build credibility and network with agencies.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Requirements
- Must currently live in the Los Angeles market with an established agency and brand network.
- 3+ years of experience in media sales with a documented track record of hitting revenue targets.
- Proven ability to generate new business and open net-new accounts.
- Strong command of digital media sales, with preference for video and OTT/CTV experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Passion for the outdoor, fitness, and active lifestyle space.

- Programmatic advertising knowledge.
- Existing relationships in outdoor, fitness, or health categories.
- Curiosity about AI-driven tools like Gong, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
