What you will do

• Execute outbound outreach to performance marketing, growth, and creative leaders via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Research and craft personalized messaging targeting creative fatigue and production bottlenecks.
• Identify and implement creative channels to drive prospects to product demos.
• Develop the outbound playbook from the ground up, shaping processes, messaging, and tooling.
• Meet and execute against monthly performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience engaging customers and prospects.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (Employment verified via E-Verify).
• Ability to self-motivate and build processes from zero in a high-growth startup environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
