TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Driving strategic sales and owning the full cycle for enterprise consumer brands adopting AI-powered social commerce workflows with an accent on multi-threaded deal management and strategic account planning. Location: Remote (USA). Mentions of Los Angeles, New York City, and Palo Alto.

Compensation: $150K – $300K + Equity and Commission

What you will do

  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value opportunities across beauty, CPG, e-commerce, and retail sectors.
  • Lead multi-threaded sales processes with stakeholders across marketing, social, and digital teams.
  • Partner with solutions and customer success teams to deliver tailored demos, pilots, and onboarding experiences.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align the platform with customer growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into product direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding enterprise quotas.
  • Proven experience selling into consumer brands in e-commerce, beauty, CPG, or retail.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with high-value contracts.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology (MarTech) landscape and enterprise buying processes.
  • Must be based in the USA to align with company operations and benefit structures.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or social media management platforms.
  • Existing relationships with marketing and digital leaders at major consumer brands.
  • Experience working at a high-growth Series A or Series B startup.
  • Familiarity with AI-native tools and workflows.
