Salary: $124,700 - $174,600 USD (Base)

What you will do

• Deliver Reddit advertising solutions to help clients meet their marketing and business goals.
• Identify and close additional opportunities within existing client relationships and new lines of business.
• Own a book of business, managing revenue forecasting and strategic growth bets.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and advocate for their needs to shape the ads product roadmap.
• Mentor and train team members by sharing industry and product expertise.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in digital media, including 4-7 years in sales.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in specific verticals and the social media/native advertising landscape.
• Ability to manage and scale a book of business exceeding 20 accounts.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to work in-person from the LA office 1-2 days per week.
