Location: Primarily on-site in Chandler, Arizona, United States; Monday–Friday schedule with occasional extended hours or limited weekend support. Travel is less than 5%, primarily to local external test laboratories. U.S. citizenship or other qualifying U.S. Person status is required for export-control compliance, unless the necessary government authorization is obtained.
Salary: $66,900–$124,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do
- Own assigned test programs from planning through completion, including schedules, resources, readiness, execution support, data review, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Develop and maintain Acceptance Test Procedures and support Qualification Test Plans and Qualification Test Reports.
- Coordinate technicians, Design Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Manufacturing, customers, vendors, and external laboratories.
- Analyze test and process data, identify trends or anomalies, communicate findings, and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Support test-equipment and instrumentation procurement, installation, verification, and calibration readiness.
- Contribute to cost, schedule, quoting, proposal, capital-equipment, facility-improvement, Process Safety Management, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and LEAN activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or another mechanically oriented discipline is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in test engineering, manufacturing, aerospace/defense, or a structured technical test environment.
- Ability to organize and coordinate technical work, manage competing priorities, and drive activities to completion.
- Experience analyzing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or test data and communicating conclusions clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, accountability, learning agility, and ownership skills.
- Ability to work primarily on-site in Chandler, Arizona, and meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with ATPs, test procedures, QTPs, QTRs, or similar controlled test documentation.
- Aerospace, defense, energetic-materials, automotive safety systems, or other regulated manufacturing/test experience.
- Experience coordinating external laboratories, suppliers, customers, or technical vendors.
- Familiarity with Process Safety Management, LEAN, Continuous Improvement, or 5S.
- Experience with SolidWorks, Microsoft Project, Visio, Access, or program cost and earned-value concepts.
