What you will do

• Lead GTM strategies for new products, from identifying beachhead audiences to scaling distribution.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to develop a customer-centric product roadmap.
• Create focused briefs for creative teams based on business and customer insights.
• Lead business performance recaps and present findings to the executive leadership team.
• Manage and develop a team of experienced product marketers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consumer product or growth marketing.
• Proven background in technology or startup environments.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and measurement methodologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
