What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across the entire homeowner journey.
- Design and build customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and personalization initiatives.
- Develop lifecycle messaging frameworks, email content, and campaign briefs.
- Define KPIs and experimentation frameworks to improve conversion and lead-to-fund velocity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering.
- Build and lead a lifecycle marketing team within 6–12 months.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Lifecycle, Email, CRM, or Retention Marketing.
- Proven people-management experience building or leading a team.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring business impact.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, lending, or proptech industries.
- Comfort designing programs within compliance and fair-lending constraints.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
