What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across the entire homeowner journey.
  • Design and build customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and personalization initiatives.
  • Develop lifecycle messaging frameworks, email content, and campaign briefs.
  • Define KPIs and experimentation frameworks to improve conversion and lead-to-fund velocity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering.
  • Build and lead a lifecycle marketing team within 6–12 months.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Lifecycle, Email, CRM, or Retention Marketing.
  • Proven people-management experience building or leading a team.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring business impact.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, lending, or proptech industries.
  • Comfort designing programs within compliance and fair-lending constraints.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
