Location: Must be based in the US or Canada
Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base

What you will do
- Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for vault and structured products.
- Create sales enablement materials including slide decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and proposals.
- Manage end-to-end product launches, including data collection, copy, and BD training.
- Maintain product-to-marketing feedback loops with the BD team to address market objections.
- Manage product-related website content and coordinate launch communications.
- Support co-marketing initiatives with institutional partners.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or communications within crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
- Strong grasp of technical and financial concepts with a sharp instinct for product positioning.
- Proven track record of owning product launches and building effective sales enablement assets.
- Solid writing skills for blog posts and social media content.
- High proficiency with AI tools and experience integrating LLMs into daily workflows.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in DeFi, credit markets, or tokenization.
- Experience with GTM playbooks for institutional B2B products.
- Hands-on DeFi knowledge.
