Head of Marketing (Fintech): Leading growth and integrated marketing strategy to scale revenue and pipeline with an accent on demand generation, ABM, and outbound motions. Focus on building a co-sell and partner marketing motion in collaboration with Adyen's global sales organization while maintaining a hands-on, builder-first approach.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, New York, Amsterdam). Must be in-office 3 days/week if based in these locations; remote roles require 1x per quarter in-person attendance.

Compensation: $275,000 – $315,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth and integrated marketing strategy across digital, paid, and brand channels.
• Lead demand generation programs to scale pipeline and revenue.
• Transition the business from an inbound-heavy model to a balanced outbound and ABM motion.
• Develop a co-sell and partner marketing strategy in partnership with Adyen's global sales team.
• Execute full-funnel campaigns ranging from global brand initiatives to targeted demand gen events.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to align marketing efforts directly with revenue goals.

Requirements

• Full-funnel marketing expertise with a holistic view of growth from brand to demand gen.
• Deep demand generation experience as a primary strength.
• Hands-on experience with ABM and outbound motions and a clear point of view on execution.
• Strong operational mindset with a preference for building and executing in a scrappy, early-stage environment.
• Collaborative partner capable of tying marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue.
