What you will do

• Own business process design and governance across the full direct marketing lifecycle.
• Manage a specialized team and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Establish and enforce digital asset management, including tagging taxonomy and naming conventions.
• Implement QA and audit controls to ensure readiness for regulatory scrutiny.
• Provide operational reporting to leadership regarding campaign status and throughput.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or direct marketing campaign management in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing business processes across complex, multi-stakeholder workflows.
• Direct mail execution experience with the ability to extend disciplines into digital channels.
• Experience managing direct reports and vendor relationships.
• Hands-on experience with digital asset management and taxonomy systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
