What you will do

• Build and own a book of business from day one using existing local relationships.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new local advertisers across various sectors (healthcare, law, real estate, etc.).
• Develop repeatable revenue streams via renewals and long-term partnerships.
• Act as the hirify.global brand ambassador in Miami, attending events and building community presence.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of deals with typical sizes between $5K and $15K.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in sales, digital media, or advertising.
• Deeply connected in the Miami market with a proven ability to monetize a personal network.
• Demonstrated success in closing new business and generating revenue.
• Strong relationships with local advertisers, agencies, or business leaders.
• Entrepreneurial hunter mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
• Commitment to developing AI literacy.
