Salary: $160,700 – $210,000 (varies by location).

What you will do
- Define target segments, buyer personas, and commercial readiness requirements for new product launches.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate product capabilities into clear value narratives and sales playbooks.
- Own launch planning for priority products, including pilot, beta, and broader rollout motions.
- Establish feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product to inform iteration and packaging.
- Define pilot objectives, success criteria, and scale decisions for new offerings.
- Lead launch retrospectives to continuously improve the commercialization process.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product commercialization, or related consulting roles.
- Strong experience commercializing enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or fintech products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with experience creating executive narratives and pitch materials.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
