TL;DR

Sr. Director, Commercial Strategy (Medtech): Leading the commercialization, launch, and scaling of products across the portfolio with an accent on GTM strategy, cross-functional alignment, and field readiness. Focus on translating complex product capabilities into clear buyer-facing narratives and building repeatable pilot-to-scale motions to drive business impact.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote or hybrid options available).

Salary: $160,700 – $210,000 (varies by location).

What you will do

  • Define target segments, buyer personas, and commercial readiness requirements for new product launches.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate product capabilities into clear value narratives and sales playbooks.
  • Own launch planning for priority products, including pilot, beta, and broader rollout motions.
  • Establish feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product to inform iteration and packaging.
  • Define pilot objectives, success criteria, and scale decisions for new offerings.
  • Lead launch retrospectives to continuously improve the commercialization process.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product commercialization, or related consulting roles.
  • Strong experience commercializing enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or fintech products.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience creating executive narratives and pitch materials.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
