What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative access, pricing, and contracting strategies to support business growth.
• Lead payor contracting efforts within the assigned geography, including regional and national payors and Lab Benefit Managers.
• Drive the expansion of payor medical policies by presenting clinical evidence and guidelines for exome and genome sequencing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like RCM, Legal, and Sales to ensure successful contract implementation.
• Provide strategic guidance to the field sales team to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Establish partnerships with external stakeholders, including advocacy groups and key opinion leaders, to accelerate policy change.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Market Access experience, preferably in molecular diagnostics.
• 5+ years of experience in genomics is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing large national payors (e.g., UnitedHealthcare).
• Proven track record of influencing payor medical policies.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business-critical meetings.
