Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).
Salary: $136,400 – $272,500 annually (based on location and experience).

What you will do
- Serve as the executive relationship lead for a portfolio of strategic technology partners.
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies to increase revenue and partner profitability.
- Manage rolling 12-month joint product and go-to-market plans aligned with company innovation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Build data-driven business cases to influence investment decisions and commercial terms.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends and recommend growth-accelerating actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- 5+ years of experience managing technology partnerships within enterprise software ecosystems (ERP, CRM, billing, or AI).
- Proven track record of executing partnership strategies that deliver long-term revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and project leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with product roadmaps and technical product management concepts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel (15%-20%).
Nice to have
- Experience within ServiceNow and HubSpot ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled tools to improve business decision-making.
