TL;DR

Strategic Partner Director (Fintech): Leading relationships with key technology partners to drive growth and innovation within the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on executive alignment and joint go-to-market strategies. Focus on building data-driven business cases, managing complex partner portfolios, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate revenue and improve partner profitability.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote).

Salary: $136,400 – $272,500 annually (based on location and experience).

What you will do

  • Serve as the executive relationship lead for a portfolio of strategic technology partners.
  • Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies to increase revenue and partner profitability.
  • Manage rolling 12-month joint product and go-to-market plans aligned with company innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build data-driven business cases to influence investment decisions and commercial terms.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends and recommend growth-accelerating actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technology partnerships within enterprise software ecosystems (ERP, CRM, billing, or AI).
  • Proven track record of executing partnership strategies that deliver long-term revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and project leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with product roadmaps and technical product management concepts.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel (15%-20%).

Nice to have

  • Experience within ServiceNow and HubSpot ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled tools to improve business decision-making.
