Compensation: $180,000–$217,000 USD

What you will do
- Own client health and strategic direction for a portfolio of complex, flagship accounts.
- Synthesize inputs from advertising, strategy, and marketing sciences into coherent executive-level roadmaps.
- Lead the internal Strategy Group to pressure-test account strategies and ensure high standards of rigor.
- Act as a visible senior leader in executive-level strategic conversations with clients.
- Coach and provide candid feedback to Account Managers to elevate the team's strategic capabilities.
- Identify risks and opportunities proactively to reset account direction when conditions change.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a digital, performance, or integrated agency environment.
- Proven track record of owning strategy for large, complex accounts.
- Ability to synthesize cross-channel data into executive-level narratives and recommendations.
- Experience presenting to and pushing back on C-suite and VP-level client contacts.
- Must be based in the U.S. to align with company operations and benefits.
- Strong strategic instincts with a bias toward action and high emotional intelligence.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with performance media measurement, attribution frameworks, or data-driven strategy.
- Experience partnering closely with account management or client success teams.
