What you will do

• Develop and execute market access and reimbursement strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead engagement with national and regional payers to influence coverage and secure reimbursement.
• Negotiate complex payer contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
• Analyze claims data and financial models to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Represent the company in external payer forums, industry coalitions, and advocacy initiatives.
• Advise cross-functional leadership on emerging payer trends and access risks.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare market access, payer relations, or reimbursement strategy.
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems, reimbursement frameworks, and policy trends.
• Proven success in leading payer contracting initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience with IDTF reimbursement models and value-based contracting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for meetings and conferences.

Nice to have

• Master’s or advanced degree in healthcare management, business administration, or public policy.
• Experience within medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health sectors.
