What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic growth initiatives while aligning Sales, Product, and Finance departments.
• Execute go-to-market strategies with a focus on Salesforce/CRM integrations and RAO data strategies.
• Develop value propositions, pricing, and messaging that translate complex RAO concepts into clear revenue ROI.
• Architect AI-driven systems and frameworks to solve business bottlenecks and increase team velocity.
• Equip sales and account managers with effective enablement tools and marketing assets.
• Manage the release process to ensure cross-functional readiness for new features.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of B2B software product marketing or product management experience.
• Deep expertise in CRM ecosystems, specifically Salesforce, and the RAO category.
• Proven background marketing to CROs, RevOps, and Sales Operations leaders.
• Experience working in agile SaaS environments with continuous delivery models.
• MBA or compelling comparable experience required.
• Ability to independently manage large-scale, cross-departmental initiatives.
