What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and updates to drive awareness and adoption.
• Build a core asset library including solution briefs, pitch narratives, battle cards, and sales enablement decks.
• Conduct market and competitive research to keep positioning aligned with market demand and customer needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment for launches.
• Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives across multiple formats and channels.
• Define and analyze success metrics for product launches to iterate and maximize results.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B product marketing, specifically within SaaS or software environments.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous go-to-market initiatives across a broad product portfolio.
• Ability to synthesize complex regulatory and technical information into sharp, buyer-relevant narratives.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as daily productivity amplifiers.
• English: C1 level proficiency required.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Mannheim, Germany.
