What you will do

  • Own a caseload of litigated auto liability and bodily injury claims from assignment through resolution.
  • Develop litigation and negotiation strategies by analyzing complaints, case facts, and claims exposure.
  • Collaborate with defense counsel and claims management on strategic planning and case developments.
  • Prepare for and attend mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Apply multi-state statutory knowledge, specifically Florida's insurance code and PIP statute.
  • Mentor junior adjusters through file reviews, coverage questions, and complex claim coaching.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of auto claims adjusting experience.
  • 3+ years of auto injury claims and litigation experience.
  • Extensive experience handling claims in Florida, including the state insurance code, PIP statute, and bad faith framework.
  • Active adjuster license in good standing.
  • Must reside and work full-time in one of the 40 listed US states.
  • Proven ability to memorialize case activity in writing and mentor junior staff.
