TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 / hour

What you will do

  • Receive and process claim notices via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Establish new claim files and enter information into internal management systems.
  • Route assignments to appropriate adjusters and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and invoices.
  • Provide professional customer service to policyholders, claimants, and business partners.
  • Support claims leadership with reporting and special administrative projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or insurance-related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in insurance or claims administration.
  • Familiarity with claims management and document management platforms.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
