TL;DR

Location: Any location, United States (fully remote)

Salary: $115,000–$155,000/year

What you will do

  • Lead and support a team handling complex first- and third-party global cyber, technology, and media claims.
  • Provide training and support on claim exposure analysis, coverage issues, drafting coverage letters, and advising on claim handling.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reserves, maintain claim documentation in claims systems, and analyze liability and damage data to coordinate resolution plans.
  • Identify settlement opportunities to maximize impact and collaborate on defense and resolution of claims.
  • Build relationships with brokers, panel law firms, and vendors; liaise daily with partner carriers.
  • Support underwriting with data/analytics and assist business development with marketing; work on special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • United States-based and able to work fully remotely from anywhere in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD and Adjuster Licensing are a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience handling first- and third-party Cyber, Technology, and Media claims.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
