Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK (Hybrid role).
Salary: Β£31,831 - Β£38,016 per annum, plus up to Β£2,500 performance-related bonus.

- Manage customer claims from first notification of loss through to final settlement.
- Make fair, timely, and confident decisions on claim outcomes.
- Reduce customer effort and minimize hand-offs to create seamless experiences.
- Coach and support colleagues by sharing technical expertise.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Balance commercial considerations with fair customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Must have experience handling insurance claims.
- Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship (at least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trust.
- Commercial mindset combined with a customer-first approach.
