Senior Financial Analyst

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $94,000–$117,500 USD annually, dependent on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports with Finance and Technology/Operations stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through data management, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Assist with headcount planning and hiring plans.
• Analyze Technology and Operations performance, investment, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify improvements to forecast accuracy, process efficiency, and automation.
• Perform ad hoc analysis related to market performance, customer trends, and sportsbook initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• Advanced financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate clear, concise insights.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to understand trends and support business KPI forecasting.

Nice to have

• MBA or other finance professional certifications.
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Oracle.
