What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports in partnership with Technology and Operations stakeholders.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process through data management, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the management of headcount and hiring plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance and optimize investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy, process efficiency, and automation.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis on market performance, customer trends, and sportsbook initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Finance or a similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to distill complex data into clear insights.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant finance professional certificates.
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Oracle.
