Manager, Finance - League Corporate

Location: Onsite in New York, New York, United States; remote and hybrid work are not offered.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for departments including Marketing, Player Health & Innovation, Government Affairs, and Public Relations.
• Deliver financial analysis and performance reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to align financial targets and resources with organizational strategy.
• Develop financial models and business cases for initiatives and investments.
• Coordinate with Global Accounting, Strategy, HR, and Shared Services on variances, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
• Improve data quality, automation, and efficiency across FP&A processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience involving budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP and forecasting systems.
• Strong relationship-building, prioritization, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and editing financial models.
• Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to modernize processes and improve efficiency.
