TL;DR

Inside Sales Specialist (Fintech): Driving product engagement and credit goals by consulting with regional and store-level clients with an accent on relationship management and financial program education. Focus on conducting outbound consultations, implementing targeted sales strategies, and delivering analytical reporting to improve portfolio performance.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. with the ability to commute to a designated Hub for in-person engagement activities.

Salary: $25.50 - $35.00/hr (approx. $53,040 - $72,800 annually) plus annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound telephone consultations to educate clients on credit program benefits and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store, market, and regional client leadership.
  • Implement targeted strategies to increase engagement for underperforming accounts.
  • Deliver client reporting and analysis packages to support sales objectives.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions via conference call and WebEx to ensure program compliance.
  • Manage inbound calls regarding marketing campaigns, training follow-ups, and general program inquiries.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
  • Minimum 1 year of telephone or field sales experience in financial services, or 3 years in an unrelated industry.
  • Spanish/English fluency is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug test, background investigation, and fingerprinting.

  • BA or BS degree.
  • Strong consultative selling and influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and analytical capabilities.
