Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Remote options for New York City and Seattle; hybrid (3 days per week in office) for San Francisco.
Salary: $122,400 – $190,000 + equity

What you will do
- Define and execute the roadmap for Health Plan-specific solution packages to meet payer configuration and integration requirements.
- Lead technical and operational onboarding for new partners, focusing on eligibility, SSO, and data reporting workflows.
- Partner with Product Science and Clinical teams to demonstrate clinical impact (e.g., PHQ/GAD trends) and ROI for program renewal.
- Identify and maintain a scalable configuration framework to balance standardized features with partner-specific customizations.
- Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, and Engineering to drive member retention within payer-sponsored populations.
- Manage reporting surfaces to provide visibility into population health metrics and engagement signals.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering within B2B2C, health tech, or payer/provider environments.
- Deep understanding of health plan eligibility systems, HIEs, or clinical data interoperability (e.g., FHIR, HIPAA environments).
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional product launches with external stakeholders.
- Analytical fluency to translate clinical and engagement data into value narratives for commercial partners.
- Must permanently reside in the United States full-time.

- Experience supporting B2B or enterprise onboarding workflows.
- Familiarity with admin tools, configuration systems, or platform UX.
