What you will do

• Own the roadmap for Thyme Box, overseeing work prioritization, routing, and clinical information summarization.
• Increase care team efficiency by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing productivity-driving automations.
• Lead the transition to an AI-native platform, implementing AI-powered capabilities for documentation and decision support.
• Translate complex clinical and operational processes into scalable product requirements through direct observation of care teams.
• Manage stakeholder requests from clinical leadership, operations, and compliance (NCQA) using a transparent prioritization framework.
• Ensure platform quality and reliability through bug triage and release coordination.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience owning complex, workflow-heavy software.
• Healthcare experience required, specifically in care delivery, digital health, or value-based care.
• Proven track record of shipping features that drive measurable behavior change and operational efficiency.
• Ability to operate close to technical details, including data models and automation logic.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, palliative care, or chronic condition management.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features with safety guardrails and quality measurement.
