What you will do

• Lead the U.S. downstream marketing strategy for the nerve monitoring portfolio to drive market growth.
• Develop annual business plans, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and value propositions.
• Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to inform commercial decisions and identify opportunities.
• Manage the portfolio lifecycle, covering product changes, new developments, and acquisition opportunities.
• Partner with field sales and medical education to provide training resources, tools, and promotional programs.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, or consulting.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship provided for this level).
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical devices, surgical tools, ENT, or nerve monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations.
• Proven track record of building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinicians.
