Salary: $134,400 - $201,600 USD

What you will do

• Own the upstream marketing strategy, product vision, and differentiation for the Remote Monitoring and analytics portfolio.
• Lead portfolio segmentation and develop value propositions across various care settings.
• Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) and market dynamics into clear product requirements, epics, and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with R&D, UX, and data science teams to guide investment and platform evolution decisions.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to define evidence strategies and clinical narratives tied to outcomes and workflow efficiency.
• Position analytics as a core part of the broader ACM digital ecosystem to ensure global scalability and interoperability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (Sponsorship is exclusively for Principal-level roles and above).
• Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, CO at least 4 days per week.
• Ability to travel globally up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience leading upstream strategy for digital health, software, or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with reimbursement models (RM, CCM, value-based care) and evidence-driven adoption.
• Experience partnering with R&D and Medical Affairs in a highly matrixed organization.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, data science, or life sciences.
