Salary: $134,400 - $201,600 USD

What you will do
- Own the upstream marketing strategy, product vision, and differentiation for the Remote Monitoring and analytics portfolio.
- Lead portfolio segmentation and develop value propositions across various care settings.
- Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) and market dynamics into clear product requirements, epics, and roadmap priorities.
- Partner with R&D, UX, and data science teams to guide investment and platform evolution decisions.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to define evidence strategies and clinical narratives tied to outcomes and workflow efficiency.
- Position analytics as a core part of the broader ACM digital ecosystem to ensure global scalability and interoperability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of experience in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (Sponsorship is exclusively for Principal-level roles and above).
- Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, CO at least 4 days per week.
- Ability to travel globally up to 30% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience leading upstream strategy for digital health, software, or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with reimbursement models (RM, CCM, value-based care) and evidence-driven adoption.
- Experience partnering with R&D and Medical Affairs in a highly matrixed organization.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, data science, or life sciences.
