What you will do

• Execute data-driven email and SMS strategies for e-commerce clients.
• Write, proof, and schedule high-performing email and SMS campaigns.
• Develop creative campaign concepts for monthly retention marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with the in-house design team to ensure the visual execution of campaigns and flows.
• Set up automation flow logic, pop-up builds, and app integrations.
• Manage the revision and approval process directly with clients.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP.
• Past experience working in an agency environment managing multiple clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain to support a team in the EST time zone.
