Email Marketing Associate

Location: Remote; open to candidates based in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Portugal, or Spain. The role supports a team in the EST time zone.

What you will do

• Execute data-driven email and SMS strategies, including writing, proofreading, scheduling, and deploying campaigns and flows.
• Develop monthly creative campaign concepts and copy for client retention marketing calendars.
• Manage client revision and approval processes for email and SMS campaigns, briefs, and messages.
• Collaborate with Retention Marketing Managers and the in-house design team on campaign and flow design approaches.
• Set up automation and flow logic, build pop-ups, and manage app integrations.
• Translate marketing insights into messages and customer experiences that drive revenue, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience working with Klaviyo or a similar email service provider.
• Experience working at an agency or with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative writing experience and the ability to develop email and SMS marketing copy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks for yourself, your team, and your clients.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex and technical ideas to varied audiences.
• Interest in DTC and e-commerce marketing, customer retention, and current marketing trends and best practices.
