TL;DR

What you will do

  • Establish the Operations Excellence function from the ground up, defining its operating model and governance cadence.
  • Own the centralized view of operational quality issues across the quote-to-cash process, driving resolution and accountability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to document standard operating procedures and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an operational quality scorecard to track SLA performance and systemic improvements.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for operational quality failures and lead rapid triage for critical issues.
  • Synthesize complex operational data into clear, executive-ready insights and reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or quality management within a complex organization.
  • Proven track record of driving accountability and measurable improvement across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong systems thinking and facilitation skills for leading problem-solving with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience building or leading a quality management function in a scaling technology or services organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B client platforms, order management ecosystems, or IT distribution operations.
  • Certification in project management, change management, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or ServiceNow.
