What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, converting ambiguous mandates from the CEO and CFO into finished outcomes.
• Manage the executive operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, and OKR tracking.
• Synthesize information from across the company into concise, decision-ready briefs for leadership.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, GTM, and partnerships to resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with the CFO on board and investor materials, including financial analysis and modeling.
• Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO and CFO in various meetings and confidential workstreams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development (hard requirement).
• Strong ability to handle financial models, operational processes, and difficult conversations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.
• High agency and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• MBA degree is preferred but not required.
