What you will do
- Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and hiring.
- Design and implement the sales pipeline to reach ambitious B2B targets.
- Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the Italian market.
- Hire and mentor the founding country team for sales and implementations.
- Represent the company at events and in media appearances to drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the global business development team to foster partner ecosystem growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and complex projects.
- Strong background in consulting and sales.
- Deep expertise in deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises.
- Native speaker of Italian required.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Owner mentality with a hands-on, self-starter approach.
