What you will do

• Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and hiring.
• Design and implement the sales pipeline to reach ambitious B2B targets.
• Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the Italian market.
• Hire and mentor the founding country team for sales and implementations.
• Represent the company at events and in media appearances to drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the global business development team to foster partner ecosystem growth.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and complex projects.
• Strong background in consulting and sales.
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises.
• Native speaker of Italian required.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Owner mentality with a hands-on, self-starter approach.
