What you will do
- Provide hands-on operational support to the Executive Board Member in daily business and key meetings.
- Prepare high-level briefings, decision papers, and strategic materials for executive review.
- Document decisions and track action items to ensure consistent implementation across departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Monitor strategic initiatives, identify risks, and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership, contributing independent perspectives on growth and transformation.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (German is a strong advantage).
- Several years of experience in strategic, operational, or project-based roles (e.g., strategy consulting, PMO, or executive office).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex topics for executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with a rigorous execution mindset.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance transparency and workflow efficiency.
- High level of discretion and situational judgment in senior executive environments.
