Salary: $60,000–$75,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Process semi-monthly payroll for US, Canadian, and international employees.
  • Review and verify timesheets, earnings, and deductions for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations for benefits and general ledger accounts.
  • Support employees by resolving payroll inquiries and providing clear explanations.
  • Lead year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and tax filings.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or 2+ years of relevant payroll experience.
  • Working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as UKG.
  • Experience processing multi-state or international payroll.
