Salary: $57,500 – $65,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform technical accounting analyses under IFRS, including month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, detailed balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting deliverables for senior leadership.
• Track and analyze deferred revenue streams and calculate commissions based on invoicing and bookings.
• Collaborate with business units to maintain accurate forecasts and handle audit requests.
• Lead special ad hoc projects and assist with due diligence and the integration of new acquisitions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or accounting.
• CPA member or student of a similar professional accounting body.
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
• Must be based in Canada (implied by RRSP and location)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the IFRS reporting framework.
• Experience with project accounting and software revenue recognition.
