What you will do

• Review unmatched repayment summaries to identify and resolve root causes.
• Coordinate directly with partners and employers to resolve payment issues.
• Analyze patterns across clients and partners to share actionable insights with internal teams.
• Own month-end recovery reporting and provide summaries of aged accounts receivable.
• Perform simple bank reconciliation on incoming and outgoing accounts.
• Collaborate with systems owners to test and improve payment matching logic.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in collections, data analysis, or accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Experience working with high-volume data and handling ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with partners and internal teams.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial reconciliation.
• Professional background in SaaS, fintech, or professional services firms.
