What you will do

• Prepare and book journal entries for revenue, cost, and AR.
• Perform ASC 606 analyses for new revenue streams.
• Analyze monthly close fluctuations and provide financial reporting.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Support external audits and maintain internal controls for U.S. GAAP compliance.
• Communicate accounting principles to peers and business partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Ability to align with PST/PDT time zone during month-end close.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or Master’s degree in accounting.
