What you will do

  • Lead regional and global initiatives for tool deployment and performance improvement across OTC and Customer Service processes.
  • Manage end-to-end technology projects from diagnosis through execution, tracking progress and ensuring adoption.
  • Coordinate between Customer Service, Finance, AR, Commercial, and IT to ensure global alignment and resolve systemic issues.
  • Analyze complex datasets to develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for leadership.
  • Drive the implementation and full adoption of digital tools including Palantir, Salesforce Case Management, and Five9.
  • Support global transformation projects to simplify, standardize, and improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Customer Service Operations, Finance, or Process Improvement.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional technology deployment and transformation initiatives in a global environment.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • Experience with SAP OTC processes or similar ERP systems.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital tools that improve process efficiency.
