What you will do

• Manage end-to-end deployment of medium to large-scale telecommunications projects.
• Ensure project delivery meets cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Finance, to translate requirements into executable tasks.
• Oversee project forecasting, material distribution, and field project activities.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Proactively identify and manage technical, regulatory, and supply chain risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven track record in managing telecommunications deployment projects such as fiber networks or DWDM.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required for international stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with outsourcing methodologies and resource management.
