What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex project portfolios, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Drive strategic planning and coordinate multi-stream projects within an enterprise retail environment.
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting to ensure project profitability.
• Identify and mitigate risks, specifically managing fixed-price project constraints.
• Optimize delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development project management.
• Experience delivering ML / Data Science projects or deep understanding of their specifics.
• Strong proficiency in Agile environments and modern delivery frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing fixed-price project delivery models.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2) level required.
• Must be based in Romania or Ukraine.
