What you will do

• Oversee client relationships, project plans, and consultant deliverables to ensure project quality and success.
• Define scope and requirements, build an executable plan (resources, timeline, costs), and manage scope/requirements throughout delivery.
• Proactively manage project constraints including time, cost, quality, risks, and communications.
• Apply agile project management practices: manage dependencies, resolve issues, and support a standardized solution lifecycle methodology.
• Author contract change orders and guide clients through change with clear communication and documentation.
• Maintain trusted-advisor relationships and support client vision and future product road mapping.

Requirements

• Location/Time zone: Home-based in the US or Canada (Eastern Time)
• 8+ years of project management experience leading large complex Salesforce consulting projects in a consulting/matrix environment.
• 8+ years of consulting experience leading Salesforce consulting projects.
• Agile project management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications and customer-facing experience.
• Able to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• PMP (or equivalent) and Scrum Master certification.
• Salesforce experience through regular use, courses, and self-study toward Salesforce product certifications.
